Helping Older Adults Thrive at Home

At Nursing Home Without Walls – Hartland, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to age safely, confidently, and comfortably in the place they call home. Our free program supports older adults aged 60 and over in Hartland and surrounding areas, helping them stay independent and connected through local resources, caring relationships, and practical support.
