- Effective September 22, 2021 proof of a completed series of Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory for entry to the home
- Visiting hours 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday
- Masks must be worn at all times, medical masks are provided at the door
- No visitation if you have had a potential exposure to Covid-19
- Do not visit if you are ill
- Designated support persons must only visit with their loved ones in their room or the designated visitation area.
